Emma's new lifejacket
Emma got a new lifejacket yesterday. Our neighbors just boat a new boat, so we had to get ready to go out on the lake with them! Apparently Emma liked hers so much she was even wearing it on the potty!

"Don't freak out, but..."
Richard called me at work this morning and said these four little words that made my heart drop down into my stomach. Today was daddy and daughter day. He had a day off work in between rotations and he had lots of things planned for them to do together. Unfortunately, in the first five minutes of their first fun destination (the playground) Emma fell down and busted her lip open. Richard had to take her to MedCenter and get her checked out. She didn't have to get any stiches, but they used the Dermabond (like superglue) to hold the cut together. I'll try to post a picture of her injury later. She must not have felt to bad, because after the doctor they went to McDonalds. Nothing can keep a kid away from McDonalds!
