Fun Weekend!!!
We have had a great weekend so far. We went to Gaga and Poppa's yesterday to visit. We ate dinner at McDonald's and played a lot. Then, Saturday night we had our friends Laura and Brett from the neighborhood over. They have two kids, Jackson and Selma Brooke that Emma loves to play with. We grilled out steaks and hot dogs, and after dinner, we went to the rodeo. The rodeo came to a park here and we thought we would go. Emma had such a great time. She was dancing and clapping and laughing the whole time. When she saw a horse, she would yell "neigh" and when she saw a cow she would yell "moo"! When the cowboys would fall off their horses she would sing "No more monkeys jumping on the bed". Of course, my camera batteries were dead, but Laura took a lot of pictures, so hopefully I can post those soon!!!

Beach Trip!
This weekend we went to Panama City Beach with Gaga and Poppa. Emma loved the ocean and the baby pool and the big pools, but she hated the sand. She hated getting it on her feet and hands. We didn't spend a whole lot of time on the beach, but we had a great time in the pools and ate a lot of good seafood. We had a wonderful time!!

Currently Reading
I read "Anyone But You" by Jennifer Crusie in one evening. It was a very short book and a very quick read. I am now reading "Some Nerve" by Jane Heller. I am about 80 pages into it and it seems promising. I probably won't be on here for the next couple of days because I am having sinus surgery in the morning. Emma is staying with Gaga and Poppa, so I'm sure there will be lots of interesting stories from that trip!!

Currently Reading
I am now reading "Class Mothers" by Katherine Stewart. It is about the cutthroat world of an elite Manhattan preschool. It is a very light read and I have about 50 pages left in it.
